Our goal is to risk and surprise by returning to the essence and purity of the flavors that mix, explode and end up in Pólvora. It is an elegant fusion of different cultures of the world respecting what is ours, Spanish cuisine.

Pólvora is going into an adventure where enjoying and experimenting is the only established script. The history of our restaurant begins to be written in the nakedness of its worn walls, in its lamps with theatrical designs and in its velvety curtains.
